Her lifelong commitment to health and well being, her advance skills level and her years of teaching experience make her a natural to take on the challenge of teaching the beginner class.
Carline is more than suited to give this class, having been in her student shoes a short time ago. Her experience as an apprentice has provided her with the skills to encourage beginners and to tailor the class to their specific needs.
This class is given on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Open to all, it is the perfect initiation into the world of athletic performance while maintaining a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Its main areas of focus are basic kickboxing moves, cardio and strength training.
